Family Tradition and a passion for the best ingredients.

We are very happy to team up with a wonderful Italian dining establishment that has a long standing tradition in the Valley that spans over 3 decades. The newly remodeled Fabs Corner Cucina, opened in 1984 by Joe Fabrocini, is a restaurant with a big heart and soul and a very comfortable ambiance. Today Joe's son Roger is the chef with a passion for quality and using only the freshest ingredients. His grandson Sebastian, manages the family owned restaurant and brings his passion for family tradition and service to the management of the restaurant. Along with our restaurant tour Chef Roger will be demostrating for us some of the signature dishes that he is so passionate about.

In addition, we are honored to have Melinda and Joe Laraneta, the owners of Laraneta Vineyards in Templeton California, with us to talk about their wines and do a wine tasting. They make some wonderful wines from both traditional Italian varietals as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition to their wine making they also make some great tasting olive oil. The Laranetas planted their vineyard and olive groves on their property in 1999 and made their first commercial vintage in 2005. You'll love hearing their story and tasting their unique wines and olive oils.

Micaela will give us a little Italian Language lesson

And back by popular demand is Doré Damelin to make us another chocolate dessert, this time it's from one of Micaela's traditional Italian desserts the chocolate salami.

The event will be a memorable one, with fantastic food for lunch, great company and networking opportunities.
